About Work Life Changes

Why Coaching?

We don't always see the whole picture, in our lives, our relationships, or in our workplaces. With the support, challenge and insight of a professional coach you can gain a fresh perspective on your situation as well as the awareness of how best to move forward.


Individual and group coaching available.

How Does It Work?

Coaching is available as 60-90 minute sessions - typically you would have 6-8 sessions depending on your needs and timescales. A free 20 minute taster session is offered before you commit.


We agree and clarify your goals and work together using a variety of psychological techniques and tools to bring insight and support the changes you wish to make.
