Alison Duncanson is a Chartered Psychologist with a career spanning more than 20 years working with individuals and organisations in the UK and internationally. Alison has expertise in organisational and individual change, leadership development, individual and group coaching, resilience and well being.
Her practical experience is underpinned by a strong psychological background, including a Masters in Occupational & Organisational Psychology and Diploma in Coaching. Alison is a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), the Division of Occupational Psychology and the Special Group of Coaching Psychologists.
I work with private clients on a range of work life issues including, new promotions, aspiring leaders, women leaders, stress and well being - backgrounds are varied, examples include Education, Consultancy, Law, Local Government and Charity.
